Parking
ALL UW Center for Commercialization (C4C) visitors who do not have a UW parking permit may park in the five stalls clearly marked “C4C Reserved” located just after the P-1 elevators, or in the general visitor stalls (numbered 6-17). Parking in the general visitor stalls will require payment or a validation code. The pay station is located in the P-1 elevator lobby. Please contact the C4C receptionist at 206-543-3970 for a validation code.
W-51 permit holders and visitors with a valid UW parking permit for other campus lots may park in the area just beyond the general visitor stalls. This area is marked for W-51 permit parking, but visitors with UW parking permits are allowed to park as well.
The lowest level (below the P-2 elevator lobby) is marked for W-51 permit parking only. Visitors with UW parking permits for other lots will not be allowed to park in this area.
Parking in the garage without providing proper payment will NOT result in having your vehicle towed. However, since Commuter Services is enforcing this parking arrangement, violation tickets will be issued for offenders.
